The Washtenaw County Friend of the Court is now offering online case review. This solution allows you to handle parts of your case in an entirely online environment.
Once you contact us and provide certain information we will review your case and send you the current status. We will make suggestions on things you can do to resolve the case and make sure you have all the paperwork you need. We will explain your options for getting back on track in supporting your child and, depending on your case details and your circumstances, we may remove your warrant (if applicable). We will communicate to you through this site further details as you submit your information.
